Steak Locker was originally set up as a Kickstarter. The Kickstarter platform allows creators to share new visionary product/service ideas with communities that will come together to fund them. Their Kickstarter campaign allowed them to make their idea a reality. 

Steak Locker is a series of Smart Dry Ageing Fridges designed by a team of chefs, engineers, artists and computer scientists. Their dry ageing fridges have made it possible to take aged meat to the next level through their smart system and integrated companion app. This smart design helps to minimise the risks associated with dry ageing.

Challenges

Steak Locker required an effective digital marketing strategy that would allow them to remain ahead of the competition. They knew it was time to invest in assistance from the specialists, Our Digital Team after we were recommended to them by another client.

Following extensive research, we got to work on all elements of a search engine optimisation strategy, both internally and externally. 

What we did

We partnered with Steak Locker to create a dynamic marketing strategy that would make them more visible in search engine results. To do this we identified what their target audience was searching for, organised a content calendar and got to work uploading content regularly.

Our Digital Team also managed paid ad campaigns in Search and Google Shopping to maximise conversions. As a result of our paid ads activity, we were able to reach a defined audience through specific targeting which assisted in driving qualified traffic to the site which helped to increase sales.
